Item Description
This is a sizeable bicolored tourmaline, at over 9 carats, from classic finds in Brazil. Emerald cuts are often selected for bicolor tourmalines, since the rectangular shape allows cutters to highlight the sharp color zoning. This piece starts with a dark mossy hue on the right side, graduating into a lime green. A narrow achroic zone separates the green from a pale blush pink zone on the opposite end. No treatment.
